All orders are typically processed within 2 business days and ship via USPS first class or UPS Ground. Should you need a rush on your order, please contact customer care via info@shopluccacollection.com to inquire about priority shipping. Priority shipping may inquire an additional charge. 

During times of an increase in order volume such as sales, promotions, and holidays, we may experience shipping delays.

Lucca is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered. For this reason, it is very important that you enter correct and complete shipping information. Should you encounter an issue, we will work with you and the shipping courier to try and track down your package, but we are not responsible for offering replacements or refunds.
